Producing and updating models to project annual budgets, forecasts and long-term business plans (for departments and the entire
company)
Analyze financial information (e.g., revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget
Work with Heads of Departments and Subsidiaries to build the annual corporate budgets and forecasts
Forecast future budget needs
Review the significant capital commitments against approved budgets
Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period
Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance
Suggest spending improvements that increase returns
Review the company’s budget for compliance with legal regulations
Implement and enhance effective budgeting policies and procedures
Present annual budgets to senior managers
Review budget requests for approval
Utilize infographics and BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance
Report forecasts and variances, and provide detailed analysis and commentary on results
Communicate results and recommendations to senior management for to improve returns, that will lead to cost reduction, revenue
generation and streamlining operations
Manage or perform periodical or ad hoc financial data analysis, queries, reconciliations and reports as needed
Monitor products inventory and pricing
Bachelor’s degree in finance or Accounting from a reputed University
Professional qualification such as MBA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent
10+ years of experience, with minimum of 3 years in the same capacity
Preferably experience in real estate development organizations
Advanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel
Proficiency in using ERP systems
